Our History

Landmark Baptist church started in September of 1959 in an old one room school house on Fail Road in LaPorte by Brother Leslie Hill. He was sent out by the First Landmark Baptist Church in Mishawaka Indiana. Shortly after organizing, the church bought the property where it currently is located on First Street. Landmark’s pastors through the years include Bro. Leslie Hill, Bro. Robert Wilson, Bro. Waymond Bond, Bro. Ernie Smith, and Bro. Royce Ford. On March 4, 2007, the Church voted Bro. Brandon Martin in as their pastor.
